I have been to the Laudium KFC at 6 times and all 6 times i got the worst service ever, never have stock of kids toys staff attitudes are like a filthy public toilet orders cant be taken correctly, when you do get your food it is horrible and for a drive through to wait at least 15 minutes before you can place your order, then wait 10 more minutes for order collection. KFC Laudium needs to learn from McDonalds how a drive through works, THEY give great service.
I don't have go to the zoo any longer to interact with monkeys i just have to drive to the KFC in Laudium.
I cant believe that KFC head office would allow for this type of to represent your brand.
I would rather drive 17km to the nearest other KFC where i can get good service with a smile instead of sad looking. In all honesty this branch should be shut the down and the owner of this branch dragged into the street and beaten up with his own right arm.
