I had a little run in with Dulce Cafe Epsom Downs, escalated it and got the desired results. They took full responsibility of the situation and sorted me out to such an extent that I am now in the cafe 3 times a week. Eric my personal waiter carries me on his hands, Zindi the Batista is the best I have seen, Tuli the manager is absolute proficiency and Grant the owner is decisive and know how to solve problems and manage a good cafe! This is my hangout now and I feel like I am family!
