as a nursing staff member of St Georges Hospital, myself and a friend visits Dulce's every single day during our lunch hour as it is the only available restaurant within the Hospital, we spend about R150.00 per day for a meal and cofffee and it works out to about R3000.00 per month. The Problem however is that they never have stock..
in the past week alone whatever dish it is that we wanted it was said that there is something out of stock, firstly they had NO Feta cheese for a salad, the there was no bacon for the breaksfast's, then no Chips or patatoes and today no flapjacks and oh did I mention NO MILK...
I asked to speak to the manager (Mr. de Villiers) and waited and waited and no manager, then asked a very friendly waiter again and she told me that the manager told her to tell us that he unfortuanately cannot come and see us as he is on very strong medication and he gets aggresive...?!
I feel terribly sorry for the waitresses as they are extremely helpfull and I do believe i'm not the only customer complaining, and they are the ones getting shouted on. What is the problem? Can the manager not manage his stock or are they seeking to loose all their clients?
