Friday night I ordered Pizza for my family, two large and two small for the kids. The delivery was prompt like always, but when I opened my Four Seasons pizza I could hardly find toppings, it was either missing or only to the one side. I did not even start eating and I took the liberty of contacting the store where we bouight it.
I first waisted time explaining to a person unable to assist me and then the phone was handed to the mngr (owner), I nicely told het about my concern and that I was unhappy with the pizza I received. She just told me she will have a look at the camera footage and call me back. Why should this even be done, I told her I was unhappy and that should be enough reason to take note off and even try to turn things arround for the better.
I then got the call and was told the ingredients is exactly to that of the recipe and in short I must be happy with it... I then had a few minutes argument with the owner/mngr and told her it is crazy that she even argue with me about a product that i am not happy with.
Why argue when a customer tells you he is not happy with your product???
I will never support them again even if they give me free pizza for a year!!!
