What happened to customer service

I called @ 13:17 to place an order of an awesome meal and have the chips and the coke up-sized to a medium Chips and 500ml coke. Lindelwa asks if I have ordered before to which (when I gave the contact number) she picks up the company details she confirms my order would be R32. I get a call 10 Min's later asking for the address, then another 5 Min's later (13:35) to confirm the order & my name & company (which I had given on the original request, at this point she confirms the order and total again) when my order arrives the order is incorrect I get a dbl awesome meal with sml fries and large coke. I call the store and speak to the manager and try to sort out the order. I call back @ 14:24 to check if I'm still getting my order to be told they waiting on a driver and the order will be R36 cos Lindelwa made a mistake and Hayden very rudely tells me that the meal is in fact R36 and I can check the bill when the driver arrives. I had no issue with the extra cost but the attitude of the manager and the fact the operator called me 2 to get the info I gave on the first call. Not very impressed still waiting for my food and hour and half late
