Bad customer service / no communication

We had our year end function and paid the total balance upfront for food and beverages. When we got there we were told instead of 78 people they only booked for 50. After confirming with the owner beforehand, there were no communication between their staff. When we got the bill at the end of the evening I still had to pay an additional R6100. When I did all the calculations it was clear that they had to refund not only my money but the company more than R5000. After sever mails, hand delivery of all the calculations and trying to get hold of the owner, till date no answer or phone call regarding refund has been given.

Since I was the person that referred the company to the restaurant after eating there myself on several occasions, it is so embarrassing and disappointing to think that the service we received was so negative. I will not refer any company to do functions there again.

I am paying interest on my credit card for something I should not have paid in the first place.
The worst part is that the owner won't come back to me and that is very in professional.
