Unacceptable, service and worst attitude from manager/owner.
Family comes to visit all the way from Limpopo and I suggested Pecado da Gula - Sin of Gluttony. The waiters seem to be "busy" and we only got served every 15min. Placed our food orders and we were a family of 8 people eating.
After 45MIN of waiting we asked the manager/owner where our food is AND she basically said we placed our order 5min ago... "we can wait..." and just rushed off. We politely asked for the bill and the manager/owner smiled sarcastically and said sure. She gladly cancelled our food order and we paid only for the drinks which came to about -R300 alone.
We will never support that restaurant again, and word of mouth will follow always.
