Still awaitng refeund and no response to any mails

Further to my last post re the poor service or should I say lack of service from this company. I have once again sent 3 mails and received 3 responses with reference numbers, 719475, 735598, 743521 but still no actual response nor is the surposed refund paid into my account. As per Shouneer Williams my refund was paid into my credit card on the 10.04.13. the bank has confirmed on 3 occasions that no refund has been received. What more do we have to do to get our money back for services not received by this company.
Do i now report this as a case of.
