Hygiene, poor service, bad attitude

I have now lost all patience with Vovo Telo in Parkhurst!
After making a manager aware of green flies inhabiting their bread display, I was given a shrug of the shoulders & told that Parkhurst has a fly problem & there was nothing she could do. Surely if this is the case you cover your breads?
Feeling brushed off I took a photo & posted it to the Parkhurst 4th Ave Facebook page from which I have now been blocked..go figure.
Today Im more disgusted by the complete ignorance, rudeness & unprofessional behaviour of both the waiting staff & especially the manager. After waiting 20 minutes for my bill I went to pay inside however I couldnt enter the shop due to the swarm of bees that has now taken over the breads. After giving a waitress my cash& telling her id like to pay for what id had she returned with change& a take away, MY waitress then appeared with my bill. After seeing that the manager had seen all of this I asked to speak to her. Finally after waiting with my 8mth old on the pavement& getting stung shooing bees away (I kid you not) I calmly told her my gripes, she once again shrugged and turned away while I was still speaking and said that she had said sorry.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
