Sunday 3feb, Had a meal @ vovo telo lonehill, all was fine until time 2get bill, my waitress was no wher 2 be seen, so I called another 2 get it 4 me, 20mins lata still nothing, decided 2 go 2 front as I was now late for something else, my waitress sees me an says wat u doing here go sit back down, I said Im needing 2 pay my bill and have waited long now and asked another to tell u i neede it, she then says 2 me u never called me, I explained I cld not find her an asked another to help, this was not the 1st time i cld not find her during my meal I was looking for a sauce, so I eventually had 2 get up an go and find her 2 get wat i needed, so she continued to argue with me that I had not tried to get the bill, and that I was being rude and that I was wrong, I think this type of argumentative behaviour is unaccebtable no matter if the client is wrong or right, they are there 2 provide an enjoyable time and a service for the customer not an experience where they never want to return to ur restaurant due to a shocking attitude. The manager was also no wher to be seen to point this out to!!
