Thank you very much to Ian Hockly and Caron Cockcroft for making the time to meet with me and to address the complaint that I initially had. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction and I am looking forward to visiting Vovo Telo Cresta again. I appreciate the effort that everyone has made in resolving this.
