I went to KFC Dube branch this afternoon to get some take aways and oh my word! the customer service there is worse than a spaza shop!!! the cashier (Thulisile) deserves to work at a spaza shop for real, she didnt listen to me when i was placing my order, i had to scream through that thick security glass for her to actually listen to me and take my order, she disrespectfully speaks inbetween and she just left me there as i was about to pay, i have had it with that branch, if its not their speedpoints that are ALWAYS OFFLINE!! Its their RUDE and INCOMPETENT STAFF who dont deserve to be there. Thulisile even gave me incorrect change and when i pointed this out, she went to get a calculator to calculate my order, how unproffesional is that? i honestly feel that there is no customer service in black dominated areas AT ALL!!!
