I placed my order and waited for my meal. The people who placed their order before me were also waiting. So when the man putting together the orders called my order I thought maybe the people before me had ordered the same thing. When no one stepped forward I went to the counter and said politely that I think the order was mine but he had started preparing the next order already. I waited for him to finish before i said "excuse me, but i think the previous order was mine, ". I was ignored several times by the man and he prepared 4 or 5 more orders before eventually I said very loudly "Hello, I know you can hear me" he then walked up to me and said aggressively "Where were you when i called? " I was shocked. He hadn't waited for more than 3 seconds for me to claim my food before moving on. i said i had been at the counter but obviously not quick enough, but sorry! He ripped the slip from my hands and threw it somewhere behind the counter. he then prepared another person's order and helped someone else's request for tomato sauce. Eventually i said "Are you kidding me? " before he dumped my (now cold) food in front of me. I was entirely polite to him and didn't deserve his abuse!
