We ordered by the drive threw and then when we get to the counter to receive the order they say we must wait in the parking area for our food. We sat their for half an hour waiting on our food. There were other people also waiting in their cars for their orders.
When they finally brought ours it was not even our order. Then we had to wait again.
Please can you let everybody now about the bad service because it was not only us that was complaining. The people told me they have complaint several times about the service at Plattekloof but nobody is doing anything about it.
