I came into the store, the person behind the counter was rude and abrupt with me. I finished placing my order, and when I received my food, noticed that there were very few chips in my plate. I then asked the waiter why I only received a small portion of chips, to which he rudely replied that it was a medium portion. I ordered a king steer combo, and the reason I asked the question was because i ate the same thing at a different steers last week, and the portion of chips was much larger. When you pay R 65.00 for a burger, you expect a decent product. Im of the opinion that the franchise owner is his patrons, and I will stop eating at steers altogether because of these issues.
