I was just at a Steers store buying dinner yes Dinner for my family of 6 on this wet and rainy day (12 April 2013 @ 17H36 on Till dogit number 7992. I paid 181.50 for 4 Hamburgers and a Large chips... they gave the meal to me with one sachet of BBQ souse when I asked if I may have an additional 3 sachets of BBQ I was told no and had to buy more chips If I wanted additional BBQ... Wow I then queried the rebate on the garnish my sons burger did not have and was told no rebates... now to add insult to my surprise we got chips however not as ordered as it was only ether a small or med. size chips nowhere near the standard I am used to from Steers the chips were so oily and not what I paid for... wow and to think that you are rated the best in the burger and chip business I am so embarrassed for Steers what must people be thinking... I will certainly think twice now before I spend my hard earned salary at a steers store... or the franchise group Fish O whys... Debonairs...
