Last year I had the unfortunate experience of receiving a raw zinger burger at the Rosmead KFC. KFC did a great job of following up on my complaints but it seems their customer care service outshines their in-store service greatly. After receiving a voucher for the branch in question, it took me about 2 months before I felt like I wanted to risk KFC again. I did this weekend, I paid for 8 wings, when I got home there were only 4. It was not busy but I don't think there is really any excuse anymore. I know its not a big deal but its just another reason why I avoid this KFC. I will never go again, no need for more vouchers. Thanks, but no thanks.
