Wiesenhof has a shop within an ABSA Building in the CBD. Unfortunately it is the only one and a lot of people make use of this coffee shop. The problem is that they have very little waiters and those they have clearly don't understand service. You will wait for a menu until you go to the front and request one. You will only be served once then you have to go to the till and ask for your bill. Not even tipping them changes this attitude. Very very poor. Even discussing this with them seems to fall on death ears. It seems because they are the only shop they get away with this poor service. The food and coffee are great but it can absolutely change into self service.
