On Sunday 03 February 2013 I took my dad out for a trip to Hartebeespoortdam. We decided to have breakfast at Upper Deck. Firstly on arrival we found that almost every table was reserved. Then we waited very long to be served. I had to go to management 4 times to request a waiter, on arrival at 10h30 the waiter first didn't want to serve us breakfast as according to him breakfast is only served until 11h00. At that time it was still 10h30.
When the food arrived eventually, it was cold, the toast was as hard as a rock. What we got for the price we had to pay is ridiculous.
Bad service, bad food and no tables for walk-inn customers. This is a disgrace
