Low food hygiene standards - making guests ill

While visiting the bar area at De Kelder restaurant, we ordered a basket from the bar, that is prepared in the restaurants' kitchen. Upon eventaully receiving the food all appeared fine. However the chicken tasted old and as if it has been frozen en defrosted more than once, and also that it has been prepared a while ago. All the other items in the basket, tasted as if everything was prepared in one frier. The next day my parner and I were ill.
We also came across some friends that told us that exactly the same happend to them when they had the same basket in the bar area.
