In 2012 I complained about KFC Northmead who sold us stale dry food. Although KFC head office called and apologised about the incident with a promise that the branch would call me to set the problem right.
No one ever called and I just brushed it off as typical bad service. Since then I have refused to purchase any KFC product until today when My wife persuaded me and we proceeded to KFC FARRARMERE. My order was for 4 streetwise burgers and 4 sprinkle pops with Chutney flavouring. Well my previous bad experience with KFC suddenly popped up again when I was informed that only ZINGER flavouring was in stock. I was furious to say the least but my wife said it would be fine and so the order was reluctantly changed to ZINGER flavouring.
Arrived home my wife opened the bag to split the order between her and my son only to find no flavouring for the sprinkle pops.
I wish to make it clear to all who read this complaint that KFC only cater for clients with a preference for spicy foods. If you have an intolerance for spicy food skip KFC even if they clearly display a choice of various flavors as this is the second time at 2 different KFCs I had exactly the same problem.
