Took my 6kids to spur on the 1st Feb. Wanted to pay but their card device wasnt working.the waitress asked if i can drive with her to the atm and back.i said rather she ask her manager to drive behind me to collect the money.she asked if i cant leave my id i said i dont feel comfortable.so off i went as i was in the car with kids, a lady called Aviwe came and shouting at us that we need to pay, in an extremely rude manner.told her not to shout.nevertheless we went and came back to pay the bill.i asked for a manager, Tipu and told him my dissatisfaction of the unbecoming behaviour of his staff.and that it is not safe to ask an employee to ride with a client (stranger) in a car what if we dont come back with her? i learnt that the rude Aviwe is a manager.she was called in and she told Tipu that she is not in the mood, she is not going to apologize, flickering her fingers and extremely rude and said in xhosa "andizoxoxa uthuvi" this word has a strong vulgar connotation-loosely translated as "". I told Tipu that if he has managers of that calibre and skillset who have no idea of how to conduct themselves then its a big problem.she said a customer is not always right. Bad Apple!!!
