I thought I was going to have a pleasant l evening with friends of mine.
We walked into John Dorys at 7h30 and got a table. Due to fact that it was quiet busy, we
order immediately. Our waitress service was great, but after an hour and a half we start to get a
bit irritated for waiting so long. I mean it already an hour and a half and only then did the manager
came up to us and promise that it will only take another 10 mins. So brought up with good manners,
we sat back and waited patiently. This 10 min turned into another hour and by this time all of us
was so angry for sitting like fools, so we simply stood up and left. My friends even came al the way from Welkom. We could not wait to treat them at John Dorys and treat them with this mouthwatering shusi.
Dear heavens, what a disappiontment. All manager could say his is sorry. Really, if you know that your team cant handle the pressure, you make sure you inform you customers. If he have done that and informed us, we would have cancelled the sushi and ordered some food from the kitchen. So this atmosphere ruined our whole night that was suppose to be a treat. I will never ever refer anyone again to this restaurant.
