Plastic Pieces in Smoothie

I grabbed a mixed berry smoothie and right after I drank a bit of It, I felt like I needed to spit it out again, due to the chunks of plastic pieces in the drink. The store manager nor the staff could give me an explanation as to how that got into my drink. Approached the area manager and head office still no response or an apology a week later.
