I ordered a mocktail drink and discovered GLASS pieces in my mouth after drinking through the straw! This is extremely dangerous and completely unacceptable!!! Luckily I did not cut my mouth open because I felt it in my mouth! When I reported this to a manager he merely apologised casually and offered me a new drink. The situation was taken lightly and the seriousness of the incident was not considered! I expect immediate follow up. This illustates a horrifying careless attitude of the staff and management.
