Complained on 26 January on toys out of stock. Manager responded and assured me it was a temporary problem. Went back on Sunday. Still no boy's toys. Informed manager via sms as manager was not in store. No response. Truly poor service. Very disappointing, when the launch indicated a superior company. Not to be.
