I have been upset a few times with the service at the Mugg and Bean in the mooirivier mall. I today decided to try them for the last time since I love their muffins. After waiting almost 15 minutes for someone to come take our order, my partner and I eventually got up and walked out. When leaving, there were 2 staff members standing by the door. I told them we were leaving because it doesn't look like we are going to get any service. She responded by saying "O ok. Goodbye". After having bad service there so many times, that was the last time I will ever set foot in that restaurant. I have had wonderful service from other Mugg and Beans in the country.
