On the 2nd of January 2014 I went to Mr Price to get some stuff and while I was waiting at the queue I noticed that there was one cashier (Themba) working. I asked one of the staff member, Shirley, where is the manager and she gave me an attitude. No one was willing to help with queue.
On the 4th of January 2014 I went to Mr Price to buy a hair band. I could not find the one I was looking for so i went to the Shirley for help and she just brushed me off. I asked her if there is anything at the back and she just gave me an attitude.
I was disappointed at the service i got from Mr Price. I hope the management trains it staff properly on how to treat consumers
