My wife & I went today into the Spur in Malvern (Durban). We ordered a portion of chips, tea & toasted sandwiches. the food arrived in good time. However when i had a closer look at the sandwiches i noitced the filling was totally lacking. I called the manageress, Genelle. I made her aware of the situatiion & mentioned also that this is very different from the other Spur Ranches we go to. Her reply was that "we are different, we a franchise & therefore its the way it is" i said to her " i dont care, to me im visiting a Spur & expect the same service" I asked to see her boss. I was then met by Henk (Operator) who was very pleasant & understood what i was saying & when i showed him the sandwiches he didnt agree with the content & immediately rectified the situation, Henk was filling in for somebody that was on leave. That is the service i would expect from the manageress. Henks service was 1st class. due to his service i will go the the branch were he operates from which is at Southway Mall. Well Done Henk
