What happened to the excellence Spur in Malvern had when they opened. Every time we go to Spur, they seem to just take a step back. Our family has completely stopped going there, as the food is the worse Spur meals we have had so far, the service isn't good at all. I understand it gets busy and that all that, but because i have use to work at Spur, i know the standard and what is to be expected. Spurs have never dipped so low, or should never.
Then not to mention hygiene, bathrooms, floors, tables.. That is rather unacceptable to walk into a place of eating, and it being dirty. We would rather drive far out the area, than go to Malvern's Spur. I feel it is such a waste, because it was an excellent Spur when it opened, it should maintain the standard that is expected.
