Bad attitude & billing= very disappointed

Recently on our way back from a few days away in stunning Nottingham, a group of 9 of us girls decided to pop into the waffle inn. After seating ourselves we asked the unfriendly lady serving us for 9 glasses of water with ice & lemon. She then proceeded to tell us we will be charged for that. Will total shock, and sitting in 35 degree weather, we just said ok, I mean how much could it cost right? After receiving our iced water we continued to order 3 waffles. Which were going to be shared amongst 6 people. She couldn't understand and questioned us, making us feel like our business wasn't even worth her time. When the waffles arrived, we were all in utter shock. R45 for a waffle smaller than a slice of bread! In asking for the bill, we were verbally told it's R175 . Now 2 waffles were R45 and 1 was R35 . So were did the remainder R50 come from?? So we queried it with the lady and asked for a slip and she scribbles down on a notepad waffles x3 = R175 .so once again we queried it and she said that she charges R5 per water and use of her cutlery!! I mean if R45 a waffle wasn't enough. I was appalled at the service and just think we were taken advantage of! Very disappointed!
