Every day i visit the Butter-field bakery at the workshop in Durban on my way to work. I normally buy the Swiss roll slices for R5.40 each and i generally have change to pay them. Today I so happen to have a R100 note and the person that served me blatantly replied "sorry I don't have change", she then without advising me took the Swiss roll out of the packet and placed it back in the oven. How rude can a person be, I was so angry that I just walked out the shop, and trust me I will never return there to support those again. The least she could've told me was I can not serve you and I will have to leave this back.
Very poor customer service, seriously. #furious customer#
