Bad Attitude from Management - WimpyBronkhorstprui

On Sunday 26th January i ordered waffles and milkshakes. I picked up the order and when i got home i realised that there is no ice cream for the waffles. I then called and the person that answered was the same lady who gave me my order. When i told her that there is no ice cream all she could tell me was sorry. I then asked her how sorry was going to help me and she couldn't answer me. I then asked for the manager and he told me that he would get back to me.
Several minutes later he called me back and told me that he has checked on the camera and that they have given my ice cream with another order and that i should come and pick up the ice cream. I refused as i had already parked my vehicle away and told him that this was not my fault. I was then told that they cannot do anything as they have no drivers. I refused to accept this and when i told him i am going to report the matter to head office the attitude i got was just disgusting. I was told i can do whatever i want to do and can report the matter to whoever i want to.
This kind of behaviour from such a reputable organisation is unacceptable.
