The KFC in Cape Town, Athlone Klipfontein Road drive threw has given us the most disgusting service and food. I am a regular there and they always seem to get the order wrong. They also short give us what we paid for. On all occasions the value I purchase is of R130 and to be given burnt twisters??? Are there not strict policies that KFC must follow. This has been going on for far to long and some thing needs to be done about it. The drive threw is so slow that you have to wait for more than 15mins for such a small order and they still get it wrong? The order is always wrong and something is always short. Yet they give us an extra crusher, lucky enough I am one of the very few honest people that actually gave it back. I would really appreciate if this matter be dealt with the utmost urgency as this is the very last time I will ever go back there.
