We have just had the worst service ever. We went to ocean basket with family we have not seen for a year. We arrived at 18:30 ordered sushi for starter, the rest of the family received their meal with US still waiting our sushi. The food our family received was ice cold and pale. We called the manager and he didn't even apologised. Frankly he just ignored US. Worst service we have ever had. Me myself is in service industry and I would be fired if I gave had clients received service like that.
