I arrived at Spur Carnival Mall with my Family at about 15:15 on the 22 September we were showed a place to sit. We sat there for more than 20 mins with not a single person coming to take our order. I dont understand how we can sit so long unnoticed. We then decided to live the restuarant and nobody even cared. This type of service has put me off for life.
