Me and my sister went after work to kfc. As we work in durbanville it is easier to go there. Firstly we waited almost 10 min for service as the ONLY cashier that was there had no idea how things worked. When we eventually got helped she took almost 10 min just to put our order in the computer. We had to say it three times. Then we wanted to pay with our card, and the card machines declined the card. So i had to go back to the car to fetch cash. We got our order, went home (we live about 10 km out of durbanville). We found it was the wrong order. The chicken was dry and dark brown. And we could not go back in traffic just to swop it. We are very dissapointed in KFC.We ourselves are in retail and know this was not customer service. How can you put one cashier in the afternoon that has no idea how things work. And give people wrong orders. Very very dissapointed.
