A error was made by the cashier for a purchase of R51.00 and she charged R851.00 that is pure ignorance. Then the manager has the audacity to say a statement must be provided from the bank to prove it went off. My mother has a Namibian account, it was conveyed to the manager as well. We even showed him the sms from the cellphone banking showing that R851.00 has been deducted. Still he is ignorant to accept the fact they made a mistake and hand the cash over since they cant do a refund appearently. Now they must "Investigate" this query. how do you investigate a query that you have all the proof your staff made a mistake.
KFC will probably DENY this blatantly. Because they took all reciepts and never made copies and gave the originals back
