My mother has been battling with staff from Liberty to fix an error they made since May 2012. They made a mistake when submitting her SARS documents they put that she'd resigned instead of noting that she'd been retrenched. This caused numerous problems with my mom's tax returns and my mom eventually figured out after enquiring with SARS the error made by Liberty. Since last year JUNE my mom has called, faxed, emailed and even went to see them face to face to this day the matter is still unresolved. My mother is 64 yrs old and she's a pensioner. On this query alone she's spent more than R200. The worst was when she called them and she spoke to Katlego & told them of their error, she had the nerve to tell my mom that it's impossible to rectify such a thing. People like Katlego think that just be cause a person is black and old they're automaticly stupid, well unlike you Katlego they're not. If Katlego was my employee I would fire her, for blatantly lying to a client (FAIS). Then Joy took over and has been promissing to resove the issue. She promises to call and never does, my mom has to chase after her. My mom met with Joy and Rakesh manager. Same old story BROKEN PROMISES!
