Had to wait 2 hours

I phoned for a delivery after our 30min they called and told me the delivery guy squashed our food. A hour and a half later he arrives with cold food and a bad attitude. I told him he can take the food back i will report this on hello peter. I called scooters and requested to speak to a manager my number was taken and a month later i'm still waiting for a call!
