Christmas lunch

Hi Trevor

Unfortunately we do not have the name of the waitress, as the place was packed and it was the last thing on our mind, but here are a few points we were unhappy with:

1: seating arrangements (packed to capacity)
2: shortage of crockery and cutlery
3: shortage of food
4: service from overall waitresses assistance.
5: general organization in terms of handling/catering a Christmas lunch.

We emailed the resturaunt, it has been close to a month still no feedback.
