I remember growing up with regular family takeaways from the Blouberg Beachfront KFC. The food was always good and the service was always great.
Now that I have my own little family I cant say we experience the same. Everytime we go there and my son sees the advertised chicky meal toys, he expects a toy as per the advertisement - every time we are given some old toy and told oh ja we dont have any new toys - EVERYTIME - then we sit with a crying 3 year old that wants what was on the ad!
If we go drive through, its even worse, we often get home to find half out order missing - 6 pieces of chicken instead of 9, 1 small pops instead of 3, 2 regular chips instead of 4.The number of times I have had to go back I cannot even count anymore and then I sit with cold food. Whats more their ice cream machine has been out of order for months with a sign up saying its because of their supplier - who the supplies steers, mc donalds etc with ice cream - not exactly a difficult product to find!
The staff dont even greet you, they expect you to scream through a closed window in the drive through and then cant even give you what you have ordered!
I LOVE kfc but please get your act together!
