I am disgusted at the fact that a burger was bought at your Canal Walk store on the evening of Friday 29/11/13 at 22:15 evening, and when i got home my husband discovered that the burger was bitten into. I contacted the store immediately and the response from Sandra Van der Merwe was that i should come back and she will replace it for me. When asked what she is going to do to prevent this from happening in the future she could not answer. She expected me to get back in my car and drive from Goodwood back to Canal Walk to replace the burger, her attitude was one of so what it's just a bite in a burger. She was not even prepared to take responsibility for her staff. DISGUSTED DISGUSTED DISGUSTED
