We double booked our dinner appointment for Thursday, 02 January 2014. The choices was either Waterkloof Wines or The Azure at the Twelve Apostles Hotel.
Even taking the distance into consideration we decided to give the Waterkloof Wines a go because of the good reviews online.
The food was good but the service extremely poor, a great night out ruined by a Nat Ross tour bus.
Truly one of the worst experiences in our 5 week visit to South Africa.
At Waterkloof Wines top money is expected for the product they supply but yet customers have to accept below standard levels of service
It's truly disappointing that the owners and management of Waterkloof Wines put their staff members in such a predicament.
Please think twice before making the effort to drive a 105 km to Somerset West from Cape Town and be disappointed.
