I went to the kfc in waterkloof ridge on the 9 of january and bought the 8wing zinger wings by the drive through. as i left i ate one, and to my disgust, the wings were very dry, dark, and stinky. it seemed to be old stock that they pushed out to me... it was so disgusting and terrible. had i given those wings to my dog, my dog would of biiten me... even a dog would n't be able to eat that.
i went back and gave them the old wings and i didn't even get a refund. kfc seemed to be happy to have sold me dog food.
that same day, i went onto kfc website and send them a complain explaining the whole situation.t. i got a message saying someone will contact me soon. till today, i haven't recieved any call from kfc.
i'm so disgusted at this treatment. i mean, surely the people serving the food, could clearly see that no one would eat such disgusting food?? or are they blind??
i've been living in waterkloof ridge for over 20 years, long before kfc came into this area., but i will never ever set foot in that store again.
i ended up paying nearly R40-00 for a meal that they never refunded me. and even after sending them a complaint, still no word. it shows how much Kfc cares!!!
