On the 13 of January 2014 I went to the kfc in Phumulani mall to buy streetwise 5. Which I bought. After careful opening the box, I noticed chips were burnt, I immediately took it back to the store, which they replaced with the burnt chips. I therefore asked the reason for this, then the cashier said its because they are using old oil. Then I left after being disappointed, then drove off. On the arrival home l checked the chicken which was also burnt, I had to throw it. I am really disappointed at kfc's product quality. They have lost one custome
