I have complaint about the bad service, food, attitude at the KFC in Gateway Centurion for at least ten times in the past 18 months without any response or improvement. I have visited the KFC this morning again, because it is close to where I live. This was the last time. No change, no tomato sauce, sloppy and unfriendly staff and service. The food was terrible. One drumstick, one other piece of chicken, if I use my imagination it could be a thigh or a wing, I am not sure, but it was tiny. I have counted 6 chips, no more.
Visited the KFC in Grey Owl Shopping centre what a revelation. Decent food, friendly staff etc etc.
