BAD SERVICE

It was my mother's birthday and I went to get her her favourite meal Kentucky Fried Chicken. It was 2h25pm and there was a long queue, the lady working the till was new and did not have the faintest idea of what she was doing. I then asked for a manager/supervisor, and Wendy appeared not really interested or apologetic. She then also took a long time processing the order. There were 2 people at the counter not doing anything or working very hard. It took 10 min for us to get our food order, I asked her where are the chips and she said in the packet.
By this time my nerve's were so frayed that I thought I was going to kill someone if I did not get out of KFC. Plus I was in a rush. I got home to find no chips in any of the packets. Not only was the service horrific, but after all that they cannot even get the order correct. I am mad about KFC chicken, and there was nothing wrong with the food. I am objecting to your useless staff, in not being on the ball or profficient. Plus being wripped off with paying for food I did not receive.
I wish I had taken all the names down of the people in the queue as we were all complaining bitterly about the service.
