No lighting in half of the resturant, patrons were using torches to read menus. Tealight candles place on tables to aid visibilty, no explaination or attempt to move us to a brighter area.
Refill of drink had to be asked twice.
when asked about the contents of the sausage and if it had pork... we were told no.. when we googled it for peace of mind, it was in fact full with pork..
we requested no onions on a meal, the one waitron confidently hands over the no onion meal, only for another waitron to come over with the no onion order..
the reason patrons ask this is due to alleregies or personal preferrence... yet no one paid attention...
