As per normal, we drove through the drivethrough, on or about the 19th - 20th January. My husband specifically asked for certain items, and had to repeat the order about five time. He was then told to go to the next window, but was then told to wait in the waiting bay. On arrival back home, items ordered were not in the order (I think it was a 3 piece) and we were given 3 bowls of mash and gravy. I sent a query to them on the same day, and on the 24th received an SMS from their Careline, giving me a reference number. Since then I have not heard anything.
Come on KFC Sunward Park, you can do better. A smile, listen properly and a positive attitude would go a long way.
